Jazz Power Initiative Presents: Claire Daly Lives!

“Claire Daly Lives!” celebrates the life of baritone saxophonist and community anchor Claire Daly who passed away one year ago. The program begins with a new piece commissioned by JPI and composed by Joel Forrester (music), Kirpal Gordon (poetry), Michael Blake and Deb Weiz (arrangers) and ends with a jam session on Claire’s favorite tunes with some of Claire’s favorite musicians.
