We are your go-to venue for off-site meetings, receptions, film screenings, workshops, networking events, socials and more. Located in the heart of Central Harlem’s thriving culinary and entertainment district, the National Jazz Museum in Harlem is the perfect place to hold your next gathering.

Our beautiful exhibit space is appointed with installations that feature Harlem’s amazing jazz history. We are affordable and ADA accessible. Our exhibit space comfortably holds 50-80 people. The National Jazz Museum in Harlem is  just a short walk from the 2/3 train station at 125th Street & Malcolm X Blvd.

Capacity
Up to 60 people for a seated event, up to 80 for a networking/standing event.
Note: The museum does not have kitchen facilities, but we accommodate caterers.

One-day liquor license may be required depending on event. The museum is not responsible for obtaining liquor licenses

Cost
The Museum’s exhibit space is available to rent at affordable community, nonprofit and corporate rates for events, meetings and conferences. We are also available to artists at special “Artist Showcase“ rates.
