This event will be an intergenerational discussion regarding the jazz scene particularly in NYC and also at large internationally. We will discuss the current state of jazz education both in the classroom and outside of the classroom, mentorship, changes in the scene throughout history, and everyone’s personal vision for how to create a brighter future ahead.
Panelists: Summer Camargo, Jason Marshall and Catherine Russell
