Combining a soulful swing feel with a wide-ranging musical repertoire, Javier Jbara has quickly established himself as one of the brightest emerging artists of today as a pianist, composer, producer, and arranger. Born and raised in New York City, Javier currently attends The City College of New York on a full scholarship, studying with jazz luminaries such as Mike Holober, Steve Wilson, and Ray Gallon. Notable collaborations include work with Bollywood legend Sandeep Chowta, trumpeter Reggie Pittman, and saxophonist Orlando Madrid, with performances at esteemed venues such as Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. He is driven by a passion for music education, his online presence is dedicated to jazz piano tutorials having garnered over 35,000 followers and millions of views. Whether it be jazz, soul, funk, or hip hop, Javier’s unique style exemplifies is dedication to his craft.
