Join us for the kickoff event of the Harlem Derby Music Festival, HATS, JULEPS & JAZZ. Here you will experience Derby fashion, style, history and live jazz, all while you sip a julep and shop for that (BEST HAT). This event will take place at the historic National Jazz Museum In Harlem. We will partner with milliners and designers to bring you the essence of Derby Style. This year’s featured milliner will be Evetta Petty, owner of the Harlem’s Heaven Hat Shop. Evetta’s hats have captured worldwide attention, being graced on magazine covers such as Vogue, Essence and Marie Claire, as well as her story being covered by NBC and CNN.
